RETURNS

When you order a photo or montage we will begin work on it as soon as we receive your order, thus incurring material and time costs.   You may only return the product if it is damaged or faulty.

The Photos you select are printed and sent out in sealed bags with a viewing window.  If there is any damage to the print then send it back to us without breaking the seal along with the original packaging. 

Notification of faulty goods should be given within 24 hours of receipt of said goods. Replacements will be sent on receipt of faulty goods and we will refund your postage.   

If the seal is broken then you have accepted delivery of the photo and it is not covered under our returns policy. 

If you do not agree with this please do not make a purchase

MONTAGES

We put together a montage using your chosen photos.  We will do our best to make it as you want it and then e-mail you a proof  for your approval.  Once a montage is printed it is non-retunable unless damaged as outlined in the returns policy. 

COPYRIGHT

All photos and montages remain the copyright of doggie portraits, and should not be duplicated without prior consent from doggie portraits.  The copyright is available upon application for a fee.  All photos will be taken off the website three months after the event at which it was taken.

PHOTOSHOP

We do not generally use photoshop to tweak or improve images, all images are as taken on the day.
